The three members of the Board were elected at the ordinary annual meeting for a term of one year. The Board of Directors elect the Chairman and Deputy Chairman, and the coordinator of the association participates as secretary in the meetings without right to vote. The last general meeting were the 24th of August 2010 in Askov.
